El trabajo es una semblanza de Florencio María del Castillo, llamado por sus contemporáneos "El Balzac de México". A mediados del siglo XIX fue el novelista más popular de México, el redactor principal de El monitor Republicano y uno de los más importantes liberales de nuestro país, que se opuso con la pluma y con als armas a la intervención francesa, lo cual le costó la vida.Downloads
