The Hacienda de San Antonio Clavería in the late eighteen century
Abstract
This study describes the characteristics the Hacienda de Clavería and its importance in the regional surroundings in its time. Even though the Hacienda was basically an agricultural producer of wheat and corn, it was also a big supplier of mutton and beef to butcher shops in Azcapotzalco and Mexico City. The study also addresses the issue of the business network of the owner.Downloads
