El discurso independentista en la hija del judío de Justo Sierra O’reilly
Abstract
Es necesario considerar las relaciones que se establecen entre el pasado recreado y el presente de la escritura, lo cual me permitirá proponer una interpretación que se entreteja con la lectura del pasado como un tiempo superado, y considere que el tema de la Independencia, en la época en que escribe Justo Sierra O’Reilly, trasciende los límites que impone la separación política de España en 1821, y se vincula con los dos intentos separatistas que tuvieron lugar en la provincia de Yucatán, el primero entre 1840 y 1841 y el segundo entre 1845 y 1848.Downloads
