The Civil Registry in Villa del Refugio, Zacatecas. Installation, operation and difficulties of a reformist institution in the mid-nineteenth century
Abstract
This work aims to analyze the administration, operation and difficulties of the Civil Registry during its first years of existence in the municipality of Villa del Refugio, Zacatecas. We intend to know the dynamics and problems that this institution faced regarding the new way of recording vital acts of people such as birth, marriage and death.Downloads
