Abstract

This article brings forth a reflection on the female characters of Sergio Magaña´s "Santisima" a revuetheater play set in Mexico´s Revolutionary period. The female characters, law-breakers who are critical of their personal and social conditions, embody the idea of the Mexican Revolutionary woman.
