Abstract

The loss or conservation of the proper accent while learning or using a foreign language must be the learner’s decision. By establishing his horizon of communication, the future speaker adopts a conscious position towards the importance he is willing to concede to the languages he learns and the place that they will have in his formation and professional life. At the same time, the learner considers the degree of “achievement” that he will reach during his learning.
