El nacionalismo y la literatura mexicana en el periodo posrevolucionario (1920-1940)
Abstract
En este trabajo abordan algunos aspectos de la polémica que en torno a la literatura nacional tuvo lugar en México en el periodo posterior al movimiento revolucionario de 1910 - 1917 desde la perspectiva de la sociología de las naciones y del nacionalismo. en particular, se interesa por dilucidar las dos posturas principales que entonces se enfrentarón: la nacionalista, que sostenía que la literatura debía servir al pueblo, a la nación, a la revolución y la universalista, " esteticista", que consideraba que la literatura y el arte no debían perseguir otro fin que el arte mismo, y que consideraba que en la medida en que así lo hiciera cumpliría con sus posibles funciones pedagógicas, nacionales o políticas.Downloads
