Mobbing: Its Impact on Emotions

Abstract

On the basis of subjective politics, this paper seeks to analyze the academic and administrative space-time as a Chronotope (Bajtin, 1989, Alejos, 2017), where various types various types of offenders, silent and active witnesses (Fuentes, 2014) exert semiotic-discursive violence on a subject or target in order to destroy it. Both the actions and emotions of the attackers and the “target subjects” produce a double pathemization (Charaudeau in Hadiar, 2006).
