Indian rights in Mexico ¿Why in a new Law Degree? The case of UAM Azcapotzalco

Abstract

In this work we explain the creation of the graduate in Law, being organizedat UAM Azcapotzalco and whose area of expertise, among others, Indian rights in Mexico, which is supported with a trans disciplinary and interdisciplinary profile, with emphasis in indigenous education and the socio-legal framework concerning the problems of poverty, domination, discrimination, inequality, and exploitation of indigenous peoples.
