The Discourse of the Argentine President during the Covid-19 Pandemic (March-June 2020): a Study of Discursive Strategies
Abstract
This paper employs a Critical Discourse Analysis framework to examine the strategic construction of presidential discourse during the nationwide mandatory confinement imposed during the pandemic. The analysis focuses on how the discourse shaped the president’s personal image in relation to other concurrent discourses.Downloads
