Reading aloud in Distance University Education during Pandemic Emergency
Abstract
This paper aims to explore the experience of teaching the “phonetic pause” during the courses Reading and writing I y II, in UAM Azcapotzalco, Mexico. It was essential to explain the basics of the “phonetic pause” for better reading aloud, individual reading, and writing. Once these principles were explained, the students saw and heard them in the voices of various writers, and then put them into practice, all of those through videoconference.Downloads
