Abstract
Este trabajo expone el modelo de la justicia como equidad de Rawls en tanto campo agonístico primario, desde donde se desprende la discusión contemporánea sobre la justicia. Se presentan algunas posturas, teorías y temas controversiales tradicionalemente tratados por separado por las diversas disciplinas de las ciencias sociales.Downloads
