Name the strangers. Moviegoers in Zacatecas city, 1904-1931
Abstract
This work addresses the conceptual drifts in the study of the first film audiences, around the particular case of the cinematographic event in Zacatecas city, from 1904 to 1931. A methodological line is proposed for the study of them, based on the general concepts about potential audiences, possible viewers and data from local archives. Through these, some profiles of viewers have been defined, for which it is proposed to study, in correspondence with sources of cinematographic information that, can complement them.Downloads
